Brain metastases from carcinoma of bladder. uri icon

Overview

abstract

  • Two cases of bladder carcinoma metastatic to the brain are presented. In both instances the lesions were solitary, occurred following treatment of high-stage primary tumors, and were associated with short survival. The course of these 2 patients, as well as similar cases found in the literature, suggests that palliative therapy should be given in as brief a time span as possible.
